While walking through the garage I found a toy version of this UPS truck on a shelf in the corner.
I gave it to Major Havoc, since he has shown a recent interest in playing with our rather large collection of Match Box cars. A short while later, I heard the Major let loose with a scream in the back yard that sounded like he had seriously injured himself. I stopped nailing trim to the wall in our living room and ran to the back door. Opening it, I discovered Major Havoc sitting on one of the slides in our back yard. I looked at him. He appeared calm.
“Are you okay?” I asked.
“Yes,” he replied.
“Did you just scream?”
“Yes,” he replied again.
“Why?”
He looked at the toy UPS truck that he was holding upside-down in his hand and then looked at me.
“I am so tired of toys made in China!” he declared.
Don’t ask. Your guess is as good as mine.

Maybe it was really the flames that startled him but he said that to be more politically correct.
Oh. Dear. Is he planning on running for office someday? Awfully early to be building his platform. Though obviously his platform would be entirely Made in the USA.
you can do a fun geography activity by putting up a world map and marking the map every time you buy something... China fills up in a hurry but some things are surprising.
smart kid.
Don't worry TM, he is not building a platform for office. Besides, a good capitalist would never adopt that platform!
LOL.
I told you not to let him read the blogs!
My children do that in the stores!!
