If you believe that every human life is sacred, and that murdering unborn children through abortion is a heinous act that should be outlawed in the United States… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that the US should honor their promises to European allies, and should provide missile defense to Poland and Czechoslovakia… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that every US citizen is responsible for their own health care, and should be allowed to visit their own doctors when and where they choose… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that US citizens have the right not to purchase health insurance, should not be forced into a government run health insurance program, and should not be fined for not having health insurance… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that illegal immigrants are illegal because they violated US law when they entered the country, and not because of their country of origin… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that illegal immigrants should not be given amnesty… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that the practice of granting constitutional rights to “anchor babies,” and providing tax-payer funded services to their extended families, should be ended…You just might be a racist.

If you believe that US citizens should be allowed to keep more of their hard-earned money and should not have their taxes increased… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that marriage was ordained by God to only be between a man and a woman… You just might be a racist.

If you believe that the US government has no business running automobile companies or banks, or dictating the wages earned by employees in a free market economy…You just might be a racist.

If you believe that the US should support its ally Israel, and should not negotiate with nations such as Iran and North Korea until they disarm and stop pursuing nuclear weapons…You just might be a racist.

If you believe that voters should have to show a picture ID in order to vote...You just might be a racist.

If you didn't vote for Barack Hussein Obama for President of the United States of America...You just might be a racist!

Capitalism and Freedom

Yesterday morning there was a knock on the front door. I opened it to find Bob, my 74-year-old neighbor, master gardener, retired army war veteran, and neighborhood crotchety old man, standing on the front stoop. I like Bob. He wanted to know if General Mayhem was available to mow his lawn. Bob cannot mow anymore, and he likes to help the General earn money for space camp. I asked the General if he’d rather complete his math or go mow. The sonic boom left in his wake as he flew out the front door was my only reply. He returned an hour later with $45 in his pocket. Bob over pays.

Last night the Boss asked General Mayhem if he was enjoying homeschooling.

“Yeah,” he replied.

“What is the best part?” she inquired.

“Sleeping in.”

He paused for a moment.

“I love earning $45. While other kids are in math class, I’m out earning money. They are counting pretend money while I’m counting real money!”

He still had plenty of time to complete his assignments.
