Vacation...Day One

It's hard to make The Golden Corral taste like fine dining.  The Ponderosa near Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, did just that.

While the Boss slept off her migraine in the front seat of the van, the kids spent 30 minutes negotiating the rules for The Silent Game.  I'll never make that suggestion again.

Our youngest daughter, the adrenaline junkie, loved the longest, fastest, and darkest water slides at Noah's Ark Water Park.

That's vacation...Day One.

I like the Golden Corral. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired but I like the food.

I'm sorry Boss had a migraine! I HATE those. An icepack does wonders for me - I've been known to fall asleep with my head packed in ice.

What are the rules of The Silent Game?

Vacations are good.. hope your's allows for oodles of blog fodder.

Sounds like a party, Bedlam style!

My boss used to work for Ponderosa. He claims it's not real meat.

You should have gone to the Dells a couple months ago when we were there...

Did the Captain get to ride the Scorpion’s Tail waterslide that takes you on a corkscrew loop?

Who should I mail the Xanax to, you or the Boss?
