Count Sebelius

Count Sebelius demonstrated on Tuesday what the federal government will look like when it sucks the life out of America’s healthcare industry while visiting students at the Thurgood Marshall Elementary School in Philadelphia. During a rare day time appearance sponsored by the National Cleaners Association & New York School of Dry Cleaning, the Count of Health and Human Services also showed the proper form for saturating your sleeve with a wad of snot and mucous.

It is important to note that not only should you cover your mouth with the crook of your arm while coughing or sneezing, but you should sign the letter “Q” at the same time. Count Seblius’ appearance was protested by members of the United Coat and Hat Checkers Union of Greater Philadelphia.

This was yet another stellar use of time by our appointed officials.

(Kansans are so proud!)

I'm avoiding the health care debate like the (hehe) plague because I don't think I'll make anyone happy with my thoughts and I'd rather not have a thousand swine-flu-infested tissues mailed to me in suspicious envelopes, thank you very much.

However, if an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then the quantity of apple butter I've been consuming lately should keep me from needing any medical insurance at all. The dentist, on the other, may make a fortune.

"other HAND", that is.

Should I be allowed to teach this language to impressionable young minds?

Government run medical care is working so well for nursing homes. Should be great for the general population, eh? Everyone I've ever known who's had to put a loved one in a home is always so thrilled with the quality of care, attention to detail, er - wait. NO! That form of socialized medicine isn't working at all. Most especially for the elderly and infirm who are there.

You know I've heard her talking on the radio 3 or 4 times now. She sure is arrogant. Quite the tool.
