Where's the Wreath - The Legends Edition

We meandered down to Kansas City, Kansas, last night, to a large outdoor mall called…

The Legends. The place is filled with brass plaques commemorating famous Kansans. Hence the name…

If you follow the faux yellow brick road through the Legends, like this motley crew did…

…you will arrive at…

Inside, along with a heavenly assortment of chocolate, candies, and ice cream, you run across a few odd characters, such as…

…and…

And always remember, if you fly a plane into oblivion over the Pacific Ocean,

you too can have a really big, ugly billboard in your likeness hoisted on top of a string of retail stores.

So, Where is the wreath?

P.S.

That whole yellow brick road/Wizard of Oz thing?  Absolutely no one involved with the Wizard of Oz, from the author to the film director to the stars, had any connection with the state of Kansas, except for the third unit Key Grip.  His grandmother herded geese on the plains near Honkville, Kansas, during the great bronze buffalo shortage of aught six.  True story.

Cool place!! I may have to visit Kansas. The kids are so cute in that candy store shot--love the smile on the Captain's face!

I have got to take my kids there. They haven't been to Kansas City before, but I went many times when I was a kid. They'd go nuts for the candy and ice cream store!

I see it!! I see it!!! It's hanging from the neon green arrow!!!!

Just kidding. Sorry I missed it this morning. This was a fun post! But Jack Henry slept in until 7:30....and so did I. I don't think I've done that in about a year and half now.
